Work Process


Step 1. Send in the Contact/Application Form and your English Resume
Fill out the Contact/Application Form and send us the form together with your English resume and any other pertinent information.
If your English resume is not ready yet, please send the Contact/Application Form. Then we will send you a questionnaire covering all those points that need to be incorporated into your Japanese resume and work history.
Step 2. Will send you a cost estimate
Upon receipt of the information provided by you, we will review the information and send you a cost estimate. We accept payments by major credit cards and PayPal. If you live in Japan, you can also pay via bank transfer.
Step 3. Will start working on your resume and work history after receipt of your payment
We will start working on your Japanese resume and work history after receipt of your payment. We will contact you by email to confirm some points or get additional information, as needed.
Step 4. Will send the finished work within 3 to 4 days, or sooner, if necessary
We will send you the finished work in Microsoft Word format and PDF format within 3 or 4 business days. We will do our best to deliver the work sooner when you need such documents promptly. In this case no extra charge is involved.
Step 5. Free minor updates
If you need to have your resume and/or work history updated sometime in the future, we will do the updating free of charge, if it is a small addition or revision. In the case of a substantial addition or revision, we offer our service at a reduced rate.
